<p>Romania can be called a lot of things, but not a political example. Romanian politics have the reputation for being the opposite of what they should be, and what are supposed to, compared with other EU states. Our politicians are doing everything they can to become richer and more powerful, forgetting the fact that they sould be working for the people that voted for them. Today I had the opportunity to talk with some protesters who were trying to make their voice heard in my home city of Oradea and who were furious about the new changes that occurred in the romanian justice system. These protests continue from 31st of January 2017 to this very day! More than a year of being out in the streets "hunting down" the Government ruled by Socialist Democratic Party, but don't let the name fool you, this is the party that ruled Romania in the good ol' communist days.

" I'm not just a simple voting ballot! "

The corruption is said to be helped and kept by the people working for the state (like the bugetary class, the police, etc.), their salaries being somewhere around ~2163 € , while the average worker earns in the private domain 548 €, both of these values being subjects to taxes and fees imposed by the Government, lowering the a worker's income with 16-18%.
