Hola amigos de hive, hoy les traigo este postre que es uno de mis favoritos el cual es cheesecake, la primera vez que probé está torta quedé encantada, fue hace varios años atrás en uno de mis cumpleaños cuando mi tía la hizo por primera vez, desde ahí cada cierto tiempo la preparaba, hace algunos días fue mi cumpleaños y por eso decidí darme el gusto de prepararme un delicioso cheesecake.

Hello friends of hive, today I bring you this dessert which is one of my favorites which is cheesecake, the first time I tried this cake I was delighted, it was several years ago on one of my birthdays when my aunt made it for the first time, since then every so often I prepared it, a few days ago was my birthday and so I decided to treat myself to a delicious cheesecake.

Ingredientes/ Ingredients

- 1 Leche condensada - 1 taza de Crema de leche - 1 taza de Leche líquida - 1 paquete de Galletas - 1/2 kg Fresas - 3 cucharadas de Mantequilla - 1 sobre de gelatina sin sabor - 1 Queso crema 250 gr

- 1 condensed milk - 1 cup milk cream - 1 cup liquid milk - 1 package of cookies - 1/2 kg Strawberries - 3 tablespoons butter - 1 sachet of unflavored gelatin - 1 cream cheese 250 gr

Empecé con sacando un paquete de galletas para triturarlas lo más que pueda, con ayuda de la licuadora quedan casi reducidas completamente, cuando termine las coloco en un bol, en un olla pequeña coloco 3 cucharadas de mantequilla y la derretimos, cuando esté lista la integramos a las galletas y revolvemos todo, está será nuestra base del cheesecake.

I started with taking out a package of cookies to crush them as much as possible, with the help of the blender they are almost completely reduced, when finished I put them in a bowl, in a small pot I put 3 tablespoons of butter and melt it, when it is ready we integrate it to the cookies and stir everything, this will be our base for the cheesecake.

Cómo no tenía un molde redondo lo hice y lo forre con papel de horno ya con el molde listo colocamos la pasta de galletas abajo, presionando muy bien para que se compacte todo, cuando tengamos todo la parte de abajo cubierto lo colocamos en el refrigerador por 1 hora aproximadamente.

As I did not have a round mold I did it and lined it with baking paper and with the mold ready we put the cookie dough below, pressing very well so that everything is compacted, when we have all the bottom covered we place it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

Al pasar el tiempo sacamos la base del refrigerador, podemos notar que todo se compacto de excelente manera, ahora con un toque adicional cortamos alguna Fresas y las colocamos en todo el borde del cheesecake, también cortamos otras de una vez para hacer el sirope que será lo último.

After some time we remove the base from the refrigerator, we can notice that everything is compacted in an excellent way, now with an additional touch we cut some strawberries and place them around the edge of the cheesecake, we also cut others at once to make the syrup that will be the last thing.

Ahora seguimos con la mezcla del cheesecake, primero lo que hacemos es hidratar la gelatina sin sabor a baño María, ya con eso listo echamos en la licuadora el queso crema, la leche líquida, crema de leche, la leche condensada y por último la gelatina sin sabor a la licuadora, licuamos todo esto muy bien cuando veamos que está listo apagamos.

Now we continue with the cheesecake mixture, first what we do is to hydrate the unflavored gelatin in a water bath, once that is ready we add the cream cheese, liquid milk, milk cream, condensed milk and finally the unflavored gelatin to the blender, we blend all this very well when we see that it is ready we turn it off.

Al estar lista la mezcla la vertemos en el molde con mucho cuidado al terminar lo refrigeramos varias horas, por último hacemos el sirope de fresa, con las fresas que ya habíamos cortado las colocamos en una olla le colocamos azúcar y dejamos que se cocinen hasta que veamos que se reduzca así estará listo.

When the mixture is ready, pour it carefully into the mold and refrigerate it for several hours. Finally, make the strawberry syrup, with the strawberries that we had already cut, place them in a pot, add sugar and let them cook until they are reduced, then it is ready.

Ya cuando saquemos del refrigerador el cheesecake le colocamos el sirope encima y estará listo para poder degustarlo, lo vemos que son varios pasos pero no es nada del otro mundo.

When we take the cheesecake out of the refrigerator we put the syrup on top and it will be ready to be tasted, we can see that there are several steps but it is not a big deal.
