What do you think your favorite people in world like when it come to food? Do you think the build of an individual has to do with their favorite food? Looked up Tina Turner and found out from an interview that was conducted that she likes to eat bread and butter, with coffee.

It is alway interesting to do research about famous artist and celebrities around the world to know the things they like especially the food they like, One of the celebrities of recent times is Adele, just like Tina Turner she is famous all over the world.

Adele has really come a long way in her music career, almost everyone loves Adele, I couldn't help but find out more about the things she likes and discovered that she loves to eat Lasagne one of her favorite food. Her choice of food so matches her personality, quite rich and very pleasant to picture. And to top it all I learned she is quite a good cook.During my discoveries, I discovered that Adele learned how to cook from her mother Penny Susan Adkins, Adele’ mother from all my research was a big fan of food, she went from mastery of French foods, to becoming a caterer I would like to share with you all the recipe for Adele' favorite food today which is Lasagne.

The ingredients needed to make very delicious Lasagne:

1 lb Lean ground beef

1 Large onion chopped

3 Clove of garlic, minced

1 Teaspoon of dried basil

1 Teaspoon of dried oregano

2 bay leaves

2 cups tomato sauce

2 Tablespoon butter

9 flat no-cook lasagna noodle

1 1/2 `Cup of sliced spinach, squeezed

2 egg yolks lightly beaten

2 Cups of ricotta cheese

2 cups of mozzarella cheese

salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

In a large skillet melt the butter over medium heat, add the garlic and stir, when it turns golden brown add the onion stir and let it cook until its soft and cooked. Add the ground beef and stir, let it cook at medium heat for about fifteen minutes. Add the basil, oregano, bay leaves, salt and pepper to taste. Stir and allow to simmer for about five minutes to get the spices in the beef.

Step 2

Stir in the tomato sauce, ad let it continue to simmer for about 10- 15 minutes.

Step 3

Squeeze the spinach dry and place it a large bowl, add the egg yolk, the ricotta and one cup of mozzarella. Mix well and make sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Step 4

Grease the lasagna pan, put a thin layer of meat sauce and a little bit of the spinach mixture, top it up with three lasagna noodles, fill in another layer of meat sauce and spinach mixture(1 1/2 cup of meat sauce) and top it with three lasagna noodles. Repeat this one more time so that all the noodles can filled in with meat sauce and spinach mix. Use the remaining sauce and the other cup of mozzarella to top it.

Bake the lasagna in the oven for thirty minutes while covered, remove the cover and bake for ten minutes. Remove from oven and let it cool for fifteen
