Plastic Problem

Next time you are deciding on a new piece of yoga equipment, be mindful of these benefits of opting for cork over plastic! We need to greatly reduce the amount of plastic we consume. It is destroying our planet and our ecosystem. Too many land animals and sea-life have been affected;

Nearly 10% of whales and dolphins have consumed plastic.
The majestic whales of our oceans are dying from plastic consumption
Innocent sea creatures are getting trapped in plastic products
And so many more horrific events animals experience just because of human plastic waste!!

What You Can Do To Help...

There are many small changes you can start making today which will contribute to helping the overall problem. A few of these include:

Opt for bamboo toothbrushes and clothing rather than the plastic versions
Purchase loose vegetables and produce that does not require plastic packaging. I.e. go to the butchers, local market, bakery etc.
For now, reduce the much larger problem by taking a small re-usable foldaway bag with you instead of being given bags by shops;

Eco-friendliness to Save Our Planet
