He had an immediate need for $150. I "backstopped it", basically ensuring he would get the money, but what happened was a truly amazing response from our community. The money and upvotes came pouring in. The steemit community rallied to both Brian and @lynncoyle1's aid. Not only did we get him the $150 that night, we have now sent him $500 and over 90+ sbds. And that is just on steemit. There were many many donations directly through his paypal account (fortealley@gmail.com).
