Cooking method:

Butter slightly melt. Add the yolk and sugar to the melted butter. All mix well. Add the baking powder. Then add half the flour and mix everything. Gradually add the rest of the flour and knead the dough. The dough should be soft. Lubricate the form with butter. Dough to distribute the shape and make small skirts. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

For the filling, put the strawberries in a saucepan with water and sugar. Put on the fire and cook stirring until the mixture boils. Starch dilute in a small amount of water and add to the strawberry. All mix well. When the mixture becomes thick, remove it from the heat and put it to cool. Ready-made strawberry filling is laid out on a sand base and spread over the entire surface. Ready to cool the tart and then you can brew fresh tea and enjoy!
