Rock balancing has become quite a popular thing to do when spending time closer to nature. At first glance it appears as simply something to do, but it can be quite challenging since you have to remain still, harmonious when trying to find a balance with the rocks. At the same time while focusing on the rock balance, the focus and stillness within ourselves is the balance we so often seek.
