The Rockefellers & the Tavistock Institute

This is a heavily edited/expanded version of an article I wrote several years back. As noted throughout [their official history,](https://rockfound.rockarch.org/psychiatry) alongside their into human sexuality (which I documented in [this](https://peakd.com/deepdives/@perceptualflaws/culture-wars-part-one-population-control-and-the-sexual-perception-deception-slrsx5) article) the Rockefeller Foundation connections to psychiatry [cannot be overstated.](https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2723762/) Indeed, it is not an exaggeration to state that through the [Rockefeller Foundation psychiatry project,](https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/full/10.1177/0957154X18788813) the roots of the entire American psychiatric field were born of Rockefeller soil/funding. Further details relating to the formative founding and sponsorship of numerous psychiatric institutes and research projects can be found within their [1947 RF Annual Report.](https://assets.rockefellerfoundation.org/app/uploads/20150530122153/Annual-Report-1947.pdf) Herein we can also observe that it was a [grant from the Rockefeller Foundation](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tavistock_Institute) that facilitated the creation of the Tavistock Institute. >The Rockefeller Foundation is proud to be part of your history, beginning with a grant that was made on the cusp of the Second World War. The Tavistock Institute

>"We are a not-for-profit organisation which applies social science to contemporary issues and problems" [Source]( https://www.tavinstitute.org/) From my research, the Tavistock Institute is focused upon social and informational control, behavioural modification/dynamics, group dynamics, social change, and indeed cultural transformation. In many ways, they could be considered as a glue that binds the various strands of seemingly unconnected global governance. Drawing upon a resource pool of psychology, social sciences, and sociology, and onward into the intersectional nature of psychiatry, they also have myriad connections to big pharma. Due to their intimate affiliations, they will also be utilising the resource pool of the Rockefeller Foundation. The Tavistock Institute was the progeny of the Tavistock clinic whom were [funded by both](https://thebridgelifeinthemix.info/in-profile/in-profile-the-tavistock-institute-of-human-relations-and-the-destruction-of-the-west/) the Rothschilds and the British Royal family. The clinic played a key role in military psychology and worked within psychological warfare. >The Tavistock Institute of Human Relations or TIHR is a British not-for-profit organisation that applies social science to contemporary issues and problems. It was initiated in 1946, when it developed from the Tavistock Clinic and was formally established as a separate entity in September 1947. Shortly after the formation of the Institute, the Rockefellers began funding the Kinsey reports. He will assume his new post on September 1. Tavistock Safe Spaces?

>We create safe spaces for difficult conversations [Source](https://www.tavinstitute.org/who-we-are/) Through their educational affiliations, it's not too much of a stretch to consider whether institutions associated with the Tavistock Institute are the progenitors of weighted terminologies (externally crafted ideologies and self-identifications) that have spread through academia and on into the wider world of online and public discourse. The cultivation of political and indeed psychological landscapes from which to introduce loaded words, identities, and manufactured archetypes, ensures that their associated debate creates a broader social awareness. A game of psychology ensuring that at the opposing end of the pc spectrum, the goaded reaction against a safe space or perceived woke ideology is for their language to become more inflammatory. Connecting Strands Of The Tavistock Order

Whilst the actions and articulations of some of the individuals I'm going to discuss speak for themselves, it is important to note that we're dealing with institutional compartmentalisation. An interlinking labyrinth of interconnected institutions, corporations, foundations, movements, individuals, funding mechanisms, and tenuous common ground, each seemingly decentralised component remaining loosely (ideologically) affiliated to a centralised whole. This is the essence of unstructured social governance. In virtue of its occultic structure, the shadow system exists as a means of manufacturing consent, whilst collectivising and harnessing dissent. All discourse carried out within the false dichotomies and strategised social symmetries of the overarching narrative, ensure that whether you're fighting for aspects of it, fighting against it, or fighting with each other, you are still enabling its implementation. As externally introduced dialectics evolve into socially engineered movements. The agenda progresses by placing the right mindsets in the right places, through cultivating the social conditions/perceptions that enable the seeds of change to flourish. Here we can follow the career of the heralded father of social psychology - Kurt Lewin, from his [connections to](https://www.marxists.org/subject/frankfurt-school/index.htm) the Frankfurt School, and then on into his influence over Tavistock founding member, [Eric Trist](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eric_Trist). Schellenberg (1978) credits him with enormous influence and states that at least half of America’s most prominent social psychologists in the 1950’s and 1960’s were his students or close associates. Strategic Planning For The Social Breakdown

In the modern era, we can observe how similar methodologies have been drawn into the mainstream and are being utilised as a means of manufacturing a (implied or realised) consensus. The WFMH has since become an NGO [with formal consultative status](https://wfmh.global/) within the United Nations. Formatively it was a (Macy Foundation affiliated) cybernetics group project, and its board contained 1/2 dozen cybernetic conference attendees. The WFMH founding statement was written by cybernetic group members Margaret Mead and the aforementioned Lawrence K Frank (who was the [vice president of the Macy Foundation & head of child development](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lawrence_K._Frank) at the Rockefeller Foundation), and can be found in a paper titled "[mental health and world citizenship](https://ia800904.us.archive.org/17/items/MentalHealthAndWorldCitizenship_201903/Mental%20health%20and%20world%20citizenship.pdf)" which was handed out at the 1948 International Congress on Mental Health. As highlighted [here](http://www.asc-cybernetics.org/foundations/history/MacyPeople.htm) the aforementioned Kurt Lewin attended the cybernetic group conferences, and although he died before its implementation, was instrumental in the formation of the WFMH. https://media.giphy.com/media/w5SfdffHOclNK/giphy.gif From its inception in the 1940s, the core concept at the heart of the cybernetics group was the prospect of combining high-speed computers with artificial intelligence. Under the veiled premise of re-programming the social order, and cultivating a form of symbiosis, the group explored parallels between the regulatory feedback processes of biological and technological systems. Within a social context, by incorporating the processes of both action and reaction, social reward and punishment, virtue, and hatred, within a system of circular causality, we can consider the cultivation of an (initially) externally regulated feedback loop as a means of governing the social system. In a modern context, at the blurred boundaries of input and algorithm and the evolving symbiosis of man and machine, we can consider the potentiality of a method of social control that is intended to become self-regulating and self-perpetuating. The Macy Conferences

Amongst its members, the cybernetics group was known as the "man-machine project" and alongside the WFMH (operating under the assumption that the human mind was a machine that could be programmed on an individual and societal scale) devised experiments in social control. In Rees's words, these connections enabled "a worldwide social engineering apparatus that penetrated into every community". Under the umbrella of the C.I.A affiliated [Macy conferences,](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Macy_conferences) the cybernetics group was also connected to early C.I.A and British intelligence experimentation into LSD & mind control. All of which would later be utilised as a means of deconstructing the prevailing social order. The formative years of the counter-culture were fuelled by LSD - which was largely [supplied](https://houseofswitzerland.org/swissstories/history/swiss-beginnings-lsd) by Sandoz AG - the [owners](https://www.heritage-history.com/index.php?c=read&author=mullins&book=secrets&readAll=true) of which were S.G Warburg Co. The drug was promoted through the Institute for Policy Studies (IPS) which was [financed](https://keywiki.org/Institute_for_Policy_Studies) by James Paul Warburg - who was the son of Paul Warburg and the nephew of Max Warburg. The IPS could be described as the left-wing of the conspiracy - its [co-founder](https://keywiki.org/Institute_for_Policy_Studies) was McGeorge Bundy [protege](https://www.heritage.org/conservatism/report/institute-policy-studies) Marcus Raskin - the former of which was the president of the Ford Foundation - who also has financial [connections](https://www.heritage.org/conservatism/report/institute-policy-studies) to the IPS. As we can see on page 185 of [this cybernetics group book](https://monoskop.org/images/2/26/Heims_Steve_Joshua_The_Cybernetics_Group_1991.pdf) alongside the U.S & British governments, the Macy Foundation provided the funding for the WFMH. Furthermore, the Macy Foundation is intimately intertwined with the Tavistock Institute, and as highlighted below is most probably another subsidiary of the Rockefeller Foundation. Certainly, In 1872, the Macys' Long Island Oil Company [became an aspect John D. In balance, I will state that in later life Weiner spoke out about the militarisation of science and refused funding from the military-industrial complex. That said, Weiner's work has continued to aid the eugenic aspirations of a globalist-funded utopian/dystopian vision of our collective future. Interestingly, Weiner was a [former student of Bertrand Russell](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Norbert_Wiener) and his work in the field of cybernetics, was funded by the Rockefeller Foundation. >In the 1940s, RF funding helped mathematician Norbert Wiener develop the new field of cybernetics. Weiner published his landmark book, Cybernetics, in 1948, after the Foundation’s grant to his joint project with cardiologist Arturo Rosenbleuth to study feedback loops in the human body. His work with Rosenbleuth led Wiener to broader speculations about similarities between the communications and control systems in machines and those in natural and biological systems. Concurrently, Chisholm [became the head](https://www.who.int/dg/chisholm/chisholm/en/) of the UN-partnered WHO/World Health Organisation. He also [shared the Lasker award](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lasker_Award) with his friend and WFMH co-founder/Tavistock founding member - Dr John Rawling Rees. To this end, I re-state my contention that society is being engineered (misdirected) per a premeditated occultic/esoteric ideology that (under the guise of collective self-salvation) seeks to erode any form of biological or moral distinction. A narrative that conceals itself behind the veneer of pseudo-scientific authority. Interestingly, research leads me to the conclusion that individuals connected to the Frankfurt school were refining, combining, and intellectualising Freudian, Kabbalistic, occultic, and Sabbatean principles within their studies on social sciences, group dynamics, and critical theory. Hypnocouriers

On multiple occasions I have explained how the methodology behind our current social psychological control mechanisms, and the core concepts behind perceptual manipulation are not born of this era. What we're dealing with, is a re-introduced and repackaged ancient occultic science, and certainly mind control and the superspy aspects of the MK-Ultra programme are no different. Within my historical study of occultism and as highlighted in the book "Secret don't tell - The Encyclopedia of Hypnotism by Carla Emery - mind control has its roots in ancient occultism. In Egypt (Kemet) - mind-controlled virgins served the Pharaoh as royal messengers from the gods. Under military escort the women would be taken to the chosen dignitary or royal house. Upon arrival the recipient of the message would relay the corresponding cue to the messenger and the hypno courier would then consciously speak her previously subconsciously hidden words. Once the words were spoken, they would again be forgotten. Through the work of MK-Ultra affiliated Dr G.H. Estabrooks and the quest for a Manchurian candidate, we can see these ideas being brought into the modern era. In his books Spiritism and hypnotism, Estabrooks discusses the militaristic creation/application of dissociative identities. In his Science Digest published hypnotism comes of age [paper,](http://www.whale.to/b/estabrooks.html) Estabrooks discusses how he created militarised hypno couriers and split personality super spies. Upon landing he was arrested, imprisoned then claimed to be psychologically tortured, drugged and mesmerised by Rawling Rees and his Tavistock associate Henry Dicks. They would take the mind of the individual back to a blank slate and then programme new thoughts and patterns of behaviour. With daily doses of Thorazine, Nembutal and Seconal the patients would be induced into a chemical coma, then placed in the "sleep room". They would be deprived of all senses and were awoken 2-3 times daily by injections of amphetamines, to be given severe electric shock treatments. The Radio Telemetry Room

A sub-project was titled the [continuous radio telemetry of human activity.](https://www.nature.com/articles/193849a0) With his colleagues Leonard Rubenstein and Stephen Perrin, Cameron turned the institute basement into a "radio telemetry laboratory". Within the laboratory, the telemetry patients would be exposed to electromagnetic and RF signals whilst being monitored for behavioural changes. Ultimately, through this research they were looking to create a form of one way electronically induced clairvoyance, the at distance ability to remotely monitor targeted individuals. Of course, as also noted above it is actually the "normal" but stressed (in terms of stress look at the modern era) individuals that are most "susceptible". Whilst Cameron and his ilk did experiment on people with mental health problems he also targeted the vulnerable; the homeless, addicts, prostitutes, prisoners, and the mildly depressed. MK-Ultra Oprhans

Perhaps the most disturbing aspect of Cameron's research involved the use of orphans. Under what would broadly become termed as the [Duplessis orphans](http://research.omicsgroup.org/index.php/Duplessis_Orphans) scandal, Catholic run orphanages were paid to list healthy children as mentally ill. Once the children were given the faux mental health diagnosis, they could be funnelled into mental health institutions to be abused (many would later speak out about sexual abuse) and experimented upon. In 2002, 1,100 surviving Duplessis orphans [settled for 25 million](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Duplessis_Orphans) with the Quebec government, on the proviso that weren't to sue the (to this day) unapologetic Catholic church. Whilst I focus on Cameron and the Allan memorial-institute, this abuse was widespread. >In 2004, members of the "Duplessis Orphans" asked the Quebec government to unearth an abandoned cemetery in the east end of Montreal, which they believed to have held the remains of orphans who may have been the subject of medical experiments. According to testimony by individuals who were at the Cité de St-Jean-de-Dieu insane asylum, the orphans in the asylum's care were routinely used as experimental subjects in non-consensual medical experiments, and many died as a consequence. The Drugging Of Children

The deliberate creation of childhood multiple personalities was the stated aim of an [MKULTRA Subproject Proposal that was submitted for funding on the May 30, 1961. P. 56, 61.](https://www.scribd.com/document/380577932/The-C-I-a-Doctors-Human-Rights-Violations-by-American-Psychiatrists-Colin-a-Ross) Although there are witnesses and the intent is clear, there is no official paper that speaks to the implementation of deliberately created childhood multiple personalities. I will note, personality splitting can be caused through fear and abuse, a child seeking solace from their anguish could create an alter personality within whom they seek solace. Of note is the fact that [Tavistock](https://kar.kent.ac.uk/55057/1/149From%20the%20Science%20of%20Selection%20to%20Psychologising%20Civvy%20Street-%20The%20Tavistock%20G.pdf) institute [representative](https://powerbase.info/index.php/Princeton_Radio_Research_Project) Gordon Allport was involved in the project, as was Nelson Rockefellers Dartmouth University roommate - Hadley Cantrill. Prior to the project, both Cantrill and Allport co-authored a paper titled ["The Psychology of Radio".](https://psycnet.apa.org/record/1936-00491-000) The [manager](https://www.transatlanticperspectives.org/entries/radio-project/) of the radio project was Paul Lazerfield- who was also a Macy Conference [attendee](https://www.asc-cybernetics.org/foundations/history/MacyPeople.htm). The project [supervisor](https://iep.utm.edu/critical-theory-frankfurt-school/) being Max Horkheimer - who was the [head](https://plato.stanford.edu/entries/horkheimer/) of the Frankfurt School. The research [director](https://archive.schillerinstitute.com/new_viol/cybmindcontrol_js0400..html) for the Authoritarian Personality was none other than Kurt Lewin. A further [contributor](https://www.transatlanticperspectives.org/entries/radio-project/) was Frankfurt School member Theodor Adorno - who wrote The Authoritarian Personality - where he covertly equated conventional morality and the nuclear family with fascism. As per the Sabbatean influence, if social structure is perceived as a murderous enemy - it is only through the deconstruction of the prevailing social order (through perversion and degradation) that liberation can be attained. The Authoritarian personality was an aspect of the American Jewish Committee-backed Hockheimer-helmed (Rockefeller part-funded) [project](https://pearl-hifi.com/11_Spirited_Growth/01_Books/The_Authoritarian_Personality.pdf) titled Studies in Prejudice. The project employed the services of numerous Frankfurt School members - the evolving principles of which can be seen as a precursor to today's critical race, decolonial, gender, and queer theory. All of which are aspects of a social destablisation programme. It's certainly ironic that the anti-semitic elements within leftism are dancing to the tune of a Judaic ideology. Whatever your perspective on the motivation and validity of these associated individuals and collectives - the evolution of their attempts at intellectualising and pathologising their way to salvation is leading us toward hatred and division. Their belief in their right to shape and control the psyche of their fellow man - sowing the seeds of authoritarianism and totalitarianism. Their attempts at deconstructing fascism and the authoritarian personality - underpinning communitarianism and its inherent implication of a globalist fascist collective. The perceived solution, simultaneously creating the problem - such is the nature of the unification. By observing how (alongside the Tavistock connections) the Rockefellers are funding research within a vast majority of universities and scientific facilities in the U.S (and abroad), it's not too much of a stretch to ponder how such influence could be used to manipulate the scientific consenus. The parallels of utopia and dystopia and the associated states of euphoria and dysphoria are utilised as a means of engineering a state of collective acquiescence and manufactured coalescence. The intended outcome - an externally manufactured world governed by appearances and collective subjectivity at the expense of actuality.
