The frontslide is one of the most basic grinds in rollerblading or freestyle walking. Frontside grind means you just jump on the rail regularly. A frontside backslide means your toes are pointing towards the direction of the rail that you started from. Here are some of my first grinds on my new rail attached to the garden which I will be expanding to 40 feet for the next Daily Grind post! I hope you enjoy learning how to grind!
Get a running start because if you start grinding slowly it is more difficult to stay on the rail.
