Click on the following link to access the Netcoins website: http://contest.gonetcoins.com/ and scroll down to where you can find a search box. Type in the keyword 'Steem' and hit the search button to pull it up. Simply insert your email into the provided query box beside Steem and hit that "Vote" button to cast your vote. A prompt should come up (as indicated in the image below) asking you to complete the voting process by confirming your email account.
